Living Willow Structures and Harlequin Trees
***Living Willow Whips are available for pre order! Please contact us for ordering details and discounted kits! We provide living willow whips that can be used for fences, trellises, woven trees, and domes, and any other willow structure that your imagination can come up with. These products must be pre-ordered in the winter of each year for spring shipment. Each of these will be sold as a do-it-yourself kit with detailed instructions or as individual whips (minimum of 25 per order) to create your own design. Please check back often for pictures of the items we will offer. Additionally, feel free to send us an email request to join our mailing list. We will periodically send out pictures of the new products we offer and note the availability of our living willow structures.
All of our living willow products provide an ecological alternative to standard treated material found at local department stores. The templates that we sell are just a starting point. If you have a unique idea feel free to send it our way and we can put together a willow package to meet your needs. Similar to all our willow products, we encourage custom orders. Therefore, feel free to mix and match any combination of colors and size.
In our area, these willow are typically ready to ship towards the end of March or beginning of April. If you live in a northern location, we can hold your shipment until your area is nearing the last frost of the season. Although willows will typically grow in most every environment, we have found that well drained areas that receive plenty of sunlight tend to work best. Due to the aggressive growing nature of the willows, it is advised that these living structures are not planted close to septic systems or other buried water pipes.
